Sadly, I cannot recommend the Espresso Hotel to anyone, and I can't understand that they have 3 stars. There's no highlight at all, but the two persons we saw during check-in and check-out were at least relatively helpful and accommodating. These were also the only two people we saw working there during our entire stay.
One of our two rooms was dirty. It looked like the shower had never been cleaned, and there were stains on the walls both in the bathroom and in the main room. There was no soap of any kind in the room. The other room we had to ask housekeeping to clean before we could stay there.
There's no breakfast service at all, but there is no mention of this anywhere when you book. There is only a coffee machine (€1 for a small coffee). Other guests went to a nearby grocery store and brought food in.
The elevator was not working when we were there. We had to haul our luggage three flights of stairs, no help.
We stored luggage at the reception for a few hours upon check out. There is no separate or secure room for this, bags and luggage are simply stored in the main reception area.
I will not stay again, I cannot recommend this location at all.
