The male receptionist was grumpy and angry. Don't say hello to you and welcome you. I was supposed to check into the room, but it was not ready and clean. There was a vacuum cleaner, dirty towels on the floor and washing equipment. This was at 3pm in the afternoon. I went down to the reception desk and told about the room, but only got an angry response from the male receptionist. He wanted me to just wait in the room until the housekeeper finished her break. He was not humble, spoke loudly to me in front of other guests sitting in the lobby. The guests thought the whole thing was embarrassing and shook their head because of his behavior. I have stayed in this hotel before since I'm in Paris quite often, and I have always had a good stay, but not this time unfortunately. As a receptionist, you are the face of the hotel. Therefore, it is important that you are helpful and nice to the guests, but not this man unfortunately. He was just a grumpy and angry man. He needs to attend service courses. Too bad this ruins the whole experience.
