****WARNING - MOUSE IN THE ROOM!!!! - WARNING****
We checked in to rom 205 during the oktoberfest, and met a rather friendly employee who checked us in, by this point I was really happy with the service, he took his time and pointed us to the oktoberfest.
The room is not high quality, but not the worst I have seen. It was bit with 2 single beds, a double bed, a couch and a kichen - and of cource a bathroom. The hotel is perfectly located close to both the octoberfest and the central station.
The other times I visited the reseption i was suprised to find the remaining staff quite less friendly, borderline rude! But it was ok, we were in Munchen and was happy.
Every night we had been sleeping there we could hear this noice, but we could not quite figure out what it was. So we tought "probably an old fridge or something" - because the sound came from the kitchen erea. The morning we were going to check out however we were SHOCKED! It turns out the sound came from a mouse who lives in the kichen behond the fridge - we know for sure because it was in the middle of the floor on an expedition and used 3 or 4 seconds to get back to its home.
Obviously we complained about this when we (Immediately!) checked out. The receptionist did not look too supriced when we told him about our discovery, did not offer an apoligy and refuced to give us a discount.
I dont have much against mouce as a species - but when they live in the kitchen its a HUGE health risk involved.
