If staying in an older structure, complete with a well worn elevator, a water pipe breaking at 2am flooding your bed and wrapped Christmas gifts, yet with a nice warm breakfast and an exceptionally friendly staff, with the exception of the missing General Manager, then this is for you. Our stay consisted of 7 nights. The front desk was gracious in changing our room following the broken pipe incident. We just wish it hadn’t happened at 2am in the morning. Generally speaking, it was clean. The breakfast was decent. New Providence doesn’t have a large selection of hotels unfortunately. The hotel could use some TLC. Again, this is a reflection on the General Manager, whoever and wherever that person may be.
