I want to start by saying, this complex is under new management and improvements are being made daily.
The location is excellent. Steps away from a white sandy beach with sunbeds, shades and beach towels all provided free of charge.
If you choose to have breakfast, whilst it isn't in the complex itself, it is less than a five minute walk away. If you stayed at one of those large resorts, it would take you longer to walk to the buffet restaurant.
The choices for breakfast are wide and varied. The food is excellent. We also ate lunches and dinners there. I wouldn't say the service is slow, nor would I have said that the staff prioritise other customers over Los Corales guests.
I would say that because the food is so great, they get busy. They respond better to patient, polite diners rather than stroppy, demanding gannets who can't wait for their food to be freshly prepared.
The rooms in the complex are spacious and are being updated. Our had new light fittings, air con and fans.
The wifi was great. Bedding and towels were clean. Complimentary bottled water in the fridge.
Slight miscommunication regarding airport pick up but very genuinely apologetic.
The reception staff here do a great job, are helpful and proactive. They want you to have a fantastic holiday. They want you to come back and recommend them. If you don't have a great experience there, perhaps, they don't want you back!
