I had a single room for 3 nights. I got one of the rooms in the basement. I think it was decent, for that amount of time, but I wouldn’t stay longer. The room was small, and you could hear everyone coming down for breakfast (the basement rooms are close to the breakfast area.). I also got woken up by people walking on the streets outside, or when someone rung the bell to come into the hotel.
The hotel has its charm, it’s old, but cute! Though you can tell it’s age when you walk on the creaking floors.
The bed was new, there’s a fan, a tv, a desk, kettle, coffee and tea and stuff like that.
The bathroom is not as pictured. It’s a small, tiny pod. I was barely able to close the door when on the toilet, and I’m average height and skinny. When I was showering, I had to have the door open, so I wouldn’t pass out, as the air didn’t flow through well.
The bed was comfortable, a little creaky!
The reception was really nice and friendly!
I think this was a fine hotel room considering the price and placement! However, I wouldn’t stay for more than a couple of nights.
