Stayed for five nights. Made the reservation at a discounted price.
First of all, the rooms are small with little storage space. It did not have a wardrobe - just some clothes hangers. The bathroom and the bed are not separated, but the toilet is separated from the rest of the bathroom.
Our room did not have a window to open or a view. The bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed the adjustable height. I slept well, and the AC worked as intended.
Towels are kept on a rack directly above the toilet - a weird and unsanitary solution. With so much space available on the walls (due to such few storage alternatives), it seems like a bad solution. The shower, however, was the best feature of the room. Spacious, and with a rainfall feature.
You can easily hear people entering the hall and opening/closing their doors. Not a problem at night, though. Did not wake me up.
Only one side of the bed had outlets for chargers. Adapters could not be loaned or rented but had to be bought.
Breakfast was good, with several heated options. Not a full English, but good enough. I would prefer additional fruits. Two coffee machines, so close to zero queue here.
Location is good. You are just a couple minutes away from the tube which takes you wherever you want.
All in all, an OK experience. I would make a reservation here if offered a significant discount. If not, I would look elsewhere.
