The hospitality of the reception staff, i.e., one person, was excellent. What detracts a lot from the overall impression was the deplorable service attitude and empathy of the service staff who worked in the bar/pub, the hotel's department for serving food and drink, including breakfast. After a long time with the Covid-19 pandemic, one had expected smiles and joy to welcome guests. Well, in that case, that enthusiasm was buried deep inside the majority of the staff that appeared as very unprofessional/unskilled. However, there was one exception.
