Room extremly small. Booked with misses for 7 nights, and got a room that hardly fitted the queen size bed that was placed against one of the wall. On the other three sides, there was approx 45 cm around the bed. No chair, bedlamp only on one side of bed, one very small closet that had room for 6 shirts, four trousers and a safe (the rest of the clothes had to stay in the suitcases the whole week - which had to be placed on top of each other at the top of the closet...) and one small table beside the bed. That's it. If we needed to pass each other, one had to go into the bathroom or jump on to the bed to let the other pass.
In addition, the room had absolutely no view. It was a small window in a bottom of a shaft. Could not open window more than 20 cm, so even when we presses our face against the opening, we could not see if the sky was blue or not. Had to take the elevator down to the reception before we could decide if we should wear shorts or trousers.
The aircondition (and the fan in the bathroom) was so noisy that it was impossible to keep them on while we where in the room, and absolutly not at night if we want to get some sleep.
If they can't provide a better room, it's horrible customer service to accept a booking from a couple for a 7-day trip to New York. Especially because the room didn't look anything like the one on your internet page, or the one used for publicity at hotels.com where we booked it. It was expencive too - almost usd 230 a night.
