The only good thing is the location, you are literally 1 minute from Times Square. Bad things: our first room didn’t have working ac, we called and someone went to check and he said that he would follow up very shortly, time went by and we had to call. they offered to change our rooms, but for more money. their only other solution was removing a room fee for one night ($45.00 aprox) and we were moved to another room the next day; and we were advised that our things were gonna be moved around noon, but we arrived to the hotel at 4:30 PM the next day and they were not. there is no water/ice dispenser. first time we went to a hotel and there was no water/ice dispenser. the rooms are so comically small but we did know that from previous reviews. also, the elevators are also comically small and they take absolutely forever. basically only 4 people fit in them and it’s only 2 elevators; but the thing that we realized is that if you want to use stairs instead you are unable to scan your access card to even use the stairs from the first floor.
We also asked for a receipt at the end of the stay, they told us they would email. It’s now been over 3 hours and we haven’t received the email receipt.
