A great location close to parks, lots of great places to eat and close to public transport. The rooms, however, were of very uneven quality; moldy smells in rooms, showers "stuck" on one temperature (too hot or cold) and impossible to adjust, and WiFi that came and went. Kitchen equipped with exactly the right amount of cups, plates and cutlery; so if you have visitors from another room ask them to bring their own (and chair). Floors could be cleaner; our socks told us the first hours after arriving. And specify that you do not (!) want a room on the basement (!) floor. They are horrible, dark, smelly, dungeon-like and should not be rented out by a three star markedet facility; unless you are after the genuine 'Harry-Potter-closet-under-the-stairs', 'house-elf' or 'London Dungeon' experience.
