The hotel is located quite central in my opinion. Just a short walk from the piccadilly underground line. Another short walk to the national museum and oxford street. We would hop on the bus or underground and you are basically anywhere in the city within minutes.
Now about the hotel:
The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom was nice and with a sizable shower. No toilet brush tho. There where descent closet space, but a very small double bed. No thermostat but you can turn the heat of.
Breakfasts consist of an English breakfast, not much else, besides coffee and tea.
There is a small snack store in the hotel. And a restaurant with a small a la cart menu and a bar where they play quiet jazz each Friday. They made good drinks, but lacked a decent selection of beer (but that seems to be london in general).
Overall an ok hotel, and for us who visit to explore the city.
