The staff were generally unwelcoming and seemed to lack a customer-focused attitude. The check-in process was poorly organized, and several employees came across as impolite or disinterested. We felt more like an inconvenience than valued guests.
Upon arrival, we found both hair and stains on the bedding, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the staff did respond quickly and replaced it when we reported the issue.
The bathroom was clean and modern, which we appreciated. However, the room itself was very small and poorly designed, making the overall stay less comfortable than expected.
