This is not really an hotel, it's at best a room where you can sleep at night. We had a microscopic room with no window. It felt more like sleeping in a prisoncell. The bathrom is tiny with no place to put anything. It's impossible to shower whitout being attacked by the showercurtain, and the showerhead is pointed towards the door. In the room there is no shelf, table or anything to put your things on. Everthing has to lay on the floor. Rooms in London hotels are always small, and I have stayed at several of them, but this was extreme. Add to this that during our 10 days (!) stay in July, including the two hottest days in British history, our room were cleaned once. One change of bedlinen, one change of towels in 10 days. The wifi did not work at all. We talked to 3 different persons about this, but just got the response that "Something is wrong with the wifi, and a guy is coming to have a look at it later". Of course, no one came. There is also a "garden" (i.e. backyard) that we found by chance after a couple of days. That meant that we had a place to sit, apart from the bed in the room. But the state of the backyard was also very poor. Two bins full of garbage, which weren't emptied the whole time we were there. Everything looked dirty and rundown. The only positive thing is that the room was air conditioned (though we couldn't regulate it ourselves). Stay away from this hotel unless in absolute need!
