We stayed for 3 days at the hotel, which is in a very good location, close to the train and in a pleasant environment, with a varied and delicious breakfast. However, the service at the desk was beyond reproach. On the first day, I reported that the phone in the room was not working, and by the time we left, the phone had not been repaired, which affected our ability to communicate with the reception and we were required to go down to the reception or forgo the service. On the eve of leaving the hotel, we reported to the reception that due to the flight time, we needed to check out very early and asked to understand what arrangements they had regarding breakfast. In accordance with their suggestion, we asked to receive breakfast in the room as early as 6 a.m. so that we could get to the airport on time. Unfortunately, the breakfast did not arrive and, as mentioned, the phone had not been repaired, so we went to the desk and asked to deduct the cost of breakfast from our bill. The clerk replied that he apologized for the problems but could not reduce the cost of breakfast and offered half the amount and that he would inform his supervisor, who would contact us as soon as possible. As of now, we have not been contacted and upon checking the bill, it appears that they did not reduce the price of breakfast by half as the clerk stated. A big disappointment from a hotel of this standard.
