We had a terrible experience, the sofa bed didn’t have no sheets it was just the mattress without sheets, they only provided one sheet, the elevator broke down and husband had to go back and forth to get sheets. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty, also the door had even food and so sticky around the handle.The refrigerator had an annoying noise that made it hard to sleep. There was nothing at the breakfast, no scrambled eggs, bacon, bagels etc. we didn’t have anything. It was so terrible that I asked if I could get a discount. They wrote my name and room number but told me I would have to speak first directly to Expedia so I could get the discount. I will really appreciate it if I can get a discount on this terrible experience. Thanks
