I accept that the hotel has an "every other day" policy related to housekeeping for guest rooms. Our room was missed or skipped on our assigned day, so I called the desk well before they were done for the day. I was told my room would be put in the queue for cleaning. When I returned to my room later in the evening, it had still not been touched. I called again the very next morning and was again told we'd be attended too, even though it wasn't our day! Seriously - you see I called previously! Later in the day I returned to find a bag of towels and other items dropped on the floor - bed still unmade, trash overflowing, etc. Completely disappointed! At that point, I needed to get ready for dinner and didn't want to be disturbed!
