Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. They kindly accommodated us in an early check in. Notwithstanding, the bar and restaurant is awful. The bartender is the one that takes your order and prepare the food and that’s ok. But he took the order wrong, which is ok, it happens… but when I pointed that out he argued that that’s why I ordered. So I had to explained that it was not and show him that he marked (2) chicken sandwiches instead of chicken tenders. He did not took it well at all. Then when the order arrived it was missing an order of fries. I kindly pointed out again because it happens that is not the problem. The problem was that he again argued with me and told me that I was wrong, that he gave me what I ordered. So I had to showed him the receipt (because he did not even look at it before arguing) and then he cursed and went back to make them. In addition, when we asked for the cutlery he told us that there are not any cutlery. That the hotel policy is that the cutlery is only for breakfast. So they expect us to eat our food with our hands!!!!! Yes, the food we paid the hotel for, they expected us to eat it with our hands. That is just unacceptable. I have travel the world to different stars rated hotels and I have never seen something like that before!! Just eat the food of our hotel with your bare hands!! I will not recommend this hotel at all. On top of that, burgers where burned and fries undercooked.
