cockroaches everywhere!! Worst customer service attitude in the world of the asiatic person who was attending customers in the lobby. Rooms infected of cockroaches and the sync clogged with cockroaches swimming. Asked for another room and they changed me to the next door room with same situation plus smelling strongly to marihuana.
This is the worst I have reserved, nothing to do with the pictures. Paid about $150 Dlls per night for 2 nights. They just reimbursed one night because I late check in. I arrived around 2am from a 8 hours driving trip to attend a Conference. Had to sleep in my car due to the infected place and find a new hotel around 6am (my event was 8am). Asiatic person in the lobby was very rude and didn’t want to listen, just angry since the first time we called to the hotel to request late check in. Very unprofessional, the worst in the world.
I contacted Expedia and didn’t reimburse my money for the first night, their reason was because the lady in the hotel told them they won’t reimburse 😓. Can’t believe Expedia didn’t help in this situation, I explained them everything and look like the most important is what the hotel said, not what the customer said.
Very very negative experience. Please don’t book your reservation there.
