CaixaForum Museum is a socio-cultural centre in Madrid, Spain, which opened to the public in 2008 in Paseo del Prado and exhibits a wide variety of historical art pieces. It was transformed from the old Melodia power station into a vertical garden with an illusionary state of levitation and a rusted covering, providing innovative architectural characteristics that easily distinguish the museum.
Among other events, the museum regularly hosts music and poetry festivals, philosophical and political debates, family and educational workshops and business conferences, as an imperative setting for the appreciation and preservation of art as well as accurate information.

CaixaForum Museum includes a vast collection of traditional, modern and contemporary art, all created with many different types of mediums.
