The Cains Brewery Village is at the centre of things to do in the Baltic Triangle. Eating and drinking in Liverpool's Baltic Triangle

As with most areas popular with creative types, the Baltic’s food and drink scene is well and truly buzzing.

The heart and soul of the area’s food culture is the Baltic Market, Liverpool’s first street food market situated on the old Cains Brewery site. Offering everything from freshly tossed pizza to halloumi fries to crunchy fried chicken, there is a dessert bar, a gin bar and plenty more.

Elsewhere, foodies will want to check out Lu Ban for authentic small Chinese plates while Coffee and Fandisha offers a unique cup of joe based on age-old Ethiopian traditions.

When it comes to bars, the Baltic Triangle is equally as blessed. Perhaps the best known of all is Love Lane Brewery, where local creative types come to sip on a range of craft beers produced on site. Elsewhere, Constellations is renowned for its beer garden and a range of inventive, delicious cocktails.
